My “why”

I’ve always had a love for photography, especially capturing the beauty of nature. That passion grew into something deeper when my friends and I started having kids. Some of them had decided not to have maternity photos taken because it felt too expensive or too complicated, so I offered to help.

Since then, I’ve fallen in love with photographing people. I focus on capturing genuine moments and natural smiles, whether it’s a maternity session, family portraits, couples, engagement, or birth photography. Maternity sessions hold a special place in my heart. My husband and I struggled with infertility and IVF to have our three girls, so I know firsthand how precious it is to celebrate that season of life.

Affordability is at the core of my business. Too often, families miss out on professional photos because of cost or hesitation, and I want to change that. Kids grow quickly, life moves fast, and these moments deserve to be remembered. My goal is to make photography accessible, comfortable, and full of heart for every family, at every stage.

I will travel up to one hour from Beaverton, Oregon – or farther for an additional fee. My sessions are relaxed, friendly, and natural. I’ll guide you when needed, but mostly, I want you to enjoy the moment while I capture the story unfolding in front of me.
